I'm a partnerships and alliances executive with 25+ years building AI and cybersecurity ecosystems for the world's largest tech platforms — including two tours at Microsoft, plus VMware and Avaya. Under the partnership strategies I led, two client organisations earned Partner of the Year recognition across Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud in the same year — Noventiq from Microsoft and AWS, and a separate Optimus client from Google Cloud — a Triple PoY recognition built on $1.5B+ managed business at 30% YoY growth, $500M+ in M&A, and a $17M hyperscaler investment (Project Titan) that returned 10x. The Microsoft recognition is publicly documented as part of Noventiq winning 2024 Microsoft Country Partner of the Year in 7 countries during my tenure as VP of Strategic Alliances at Noventiq. I advise technology companies on partnerships and M&A through Optimus, and write on alliance strategy as a member of the Forbes Nonprofit Council writing on alliance strategy.

As CEO and Co-Founder of Americans 4 Equality, I bring the same strategic playbook to underserved communities — running tech training, internship, and certification programs across Washington and Oregon that have served 1,139+ people, with 88% completion and 60% job placement, as of June 2026.

There are also two other people named Omer Qureshi: a digital strategist in Washington, DC, who works with nonprofit clients, and an investment banker in New York. They are different people; this site is not about either of them.
